1. Introductory Provisions

C 118243, email: hello@dialoguehotel.cz, tel.: +420 777 247 302 (hereinafter also referred to as the "Accommodation Provider").
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter also referred to as "GTC") govern the contractual relationship established between the Accommodation Provider and a natural or legal person (hereinafter also referred to as the "Guest"), the subject of which is the provision of accommodation services to the Guest.
Based on the concluded accommodation agreement (hereinafter also referred to as the "Agreement"), the Accommodation Provider temporarily provides the Guest with accommodation (the right to use a defined accommodation space) for the agreed period at the agreed accommodation price, and may also provide related services associated with the accommodation, in accordance with these GTC and the relevant provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (especially Section 2326 et seq.), and furthermore, if the Guest is a consumer, Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. The provisions of these GTC apply unless the contracting parties agree otherwise in writing in the Agreement.
The GTC become an integral part of every contractual relationship between the Accommodation Provider and the Guest. The GTC also become part of the contractual relationship even if the legal act does not contain an explicit reference to the GTC, but the Guest has received the GTC or could have otherwise familiarized themselves with them, for example, when making a reservation in the booking system or by reviewing the terms and conditions on the Accommodation Provider's website.
The GTC shall also apply analogously to the regulation of contractual negotiations prior to the establishment of a contractual relationship, or relationships arising therefrom, in the event that a contractual relationship is not established and the potential Guest could have been aware of the GTC.
2. Establishment and Subject Matter of the Contractual Relationship
Should the Guest be interested in utilizing any of the services offered by the Accommodation Provider, they shall place an order by completing and submitting the electronic reservation form on the website https://www.dialoguehotel.cz/, or in writing (e.g., by post or email), by phone, or in person. The Guest is obliged to provide the Accommodation Provider with truthful information, specifically:
- for a natural person: first name, last name, date of birth, address of residence, contact email address, and phone number
- for a legal entity or a sole proprietor: business name, company ID (IČO), tax ID (DIČ), registered office, authorized representative, and contact email address and phone number
- identification of the person (or persons) for whom the service is to be provided (especially stating name and age, and any other requested personal data), the dates of stay and accommodation category, and the method of payment for the services.
An order, regardless of its designation (e.g., reservation, etc.), becomes binding for the Guest at the moment it is made (e.g., by filling out a reservation form, submitting a written order, ordering by phone or verbally, etc.), thereby creating an obligation for the Guest to pay the price of the services.
Upon confirmation of the order by the Accommodation Provider and payment of the service price in the required amount, a contractual relationship is established between the Guest and the Accommodation Provider. The Accommodation Provider undertakes to provide the Guest with services in the confirmed scope, time, and quality, and the Guest undertakes to pay the Accommodation Provider the agreed price for the services, or to pay the Accommodation Provider a cancellation fee if they cancel their binding reservation or use only part of it, and any other financial performance if such a claim arises.
If the Guest's order is vague or does not contain all necessary information, or in the event of any requests from the Accommodation Provider related to the order, the Guest is obliged to promptly complete their order upon the Accommodation Provider's request. If the Guest fails to complete the order within the specified period and/or does not meet other conditions as required by the Accommodation Provider, the Accommodation Provider is entitled to cancel the order.
The Accommodation Provider may offer, particularly through its website, the purchase of vouchers for services it provides (accommodation services or other services according to the Accommodation Provider's current offer). A voucher is valid after its price has been paid in full to the Accommodation Provider and can be redeemed under the conditions stated on the voucher or on the Accommodation Provider's website, but no later than 12 (twelve) months from its purchase.
3. Service Price
Indicative prices for accommodation and any additional services are listed in the accommodation provider's promotional materials (websites, brochures, etc.). However, the price stated in the accommodation confirmation (hereinafter referred to as the voucher) is binding for the customer. The scope of contractually agreed services and prices is binding as specified in the voucher. The accommodation provider is entitled to change the agreed terms of stay in cases beyond their control (e.g., force majeure).
Cancellation fees for stay cancellations:
- Free cancellation 6 days before arrival
- 50% of the reservation price for cancellations less than 6 days before arrival
- 100% of the reservation price for cancellations less than 3 days before arrival
4. Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may cancel their booking at any time before arrival. Cancellation of the stay requires written electronic form (email with a delivery receipt) sent to hello@dialoguehotel.cz. The date and time the email was sent will determine the cancellation time. For larger groups, individual cancellation fees may be agreed upon. The accommodation provider is not obliged to charge the customer the aforementioned cancellation fees if the customer was unable to use the agreed services due to the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a family member, serious illness, call-up order, or natural disaster. The above circumstances must be substantiated with a written document provided to the accommodation provider no later than 3 days from their occurrence.
5. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions and cancellation policy are an integral part of the accommodation booking and the voucher.
