About the hotel
Dialogue of history and the present in the heart of Brno

The building, standing in Old Brno since 1806, has undergone a sensitive transformation. Our intention was not to alter its history, but to build upon it with a contemporary design language. We complemented the Neo-Renaissance facade, original stucco, stone staircases, and box windows with custom-made furniture, oak parquet flooring, and natural materials that age gracefully.
Dialogue is not just accommodation; it's an aesthetic experience and a quiet haven amidst the city bustle. It's a place where you become part of a story that began long before us.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
the story of the house Dialogue
The hotel's story is brought to life by a group of friends and the architectural studio Burian - Křivinka, who share a connection to Brno and a desire to create things with integrity. Every detail was meticulously crafted by us, and every decision was guided by the aim of fostering the most honest dialogue with our guests.

The original, not very high-quality photograph from 1878 shows our hotel building — then one of the tallest on the street — on the right side of Pekařská Street, approximately in the middle.

The 1960s
The photo was taken by Ing. Höll, who systematically documented Brno's tram operations and tracks, including their reconstructions and repairs, during this period, as seen in the picture.

The image shows houses No. 15, 17, and 19. This area has undergone significant changes in the past, with house No. 17 (center) being known for its rich Neo-Renaissance facade.

There was no interior furnishing in the house before the reconstruction, with the exception of this chair.

A view through the building from the entrance hall, through the center of the building, where the perimeter walls, ground and underground floors, and the historic staircase have been preserved.
